How the Fantasy began...
Without any formal training, but with a dessert tray full of fond memories of baking cakes and other sweets with my mom, Fantasy Cake Designs by Alexandra started with the desire to demonstrate love to friends and family through carefully crafted and creatively designed delicious cakes.
With some help from my equally ambitious and passionate cousin-in-law (Yes, you, Emi ;) ), we embarked on the challenging odyssey of creating a Ford Truck cake for my husband Leo's 35th birthday in February 2015. Hours of dedication, a lot of online tutorials, and some trial and error lead to the creation of the first fantasy cake design.
Since then, the range of Fantasy Designs has broadened from topsy turvy cakes, to Disney movie-themed cakes, to elegant cakes. Let us make your Fantasy cake a reality!
